DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION POLICY

• All reservations are confirmed with your deposit and a confirmation e-mail sent.

  If a cancellation notice is received (in writing or by e-mail), a “refund” is only given in the form of a credit of *½ of your deposit, towards a re-booking based on availability,

  UNLESS you can fill your space or if we can fill your space - with a "like" booking (same price or more) for the same dates - then we will issue you (your preference) of either a *refund or a *credit with no expiry date.

  Exception: On a short notice (4 weeks or less), for a one or two night stay, on a long weekend, during hunting season, there is no “refund or credit” unless you can fill your space or if we can fill your space - with a "like" booking (same price or more) for the same dates.

   

  *If Credit Cards were/are involved, there are extra charges the CCard providers charge that we cannot give you a credit or refund for.

  You will need a Visa or MasterCard to hold your reservation until your deposit CHECK is received in the mail.

  Bear & Deer Hunters make 4 equal deposits / payments with Checks. 

  Balances due on arrival - may be made in USD or CAD cash, money orders or travelers checks only - for balance as well as expenses incurred while here.

  Should you use a Visa or MCard there is an Accounting Admin Charge

  You Are Charged Based On Your Booking, even if you or members of your party do not Show up, or Arrive Late or Leave Early.

  Although we will try to accommodate you, we cannot predict or change the weather conditions
