Cancellation Policy:

Muskie Cabin Rental & Fishing Trip Cancellation:

You Are Charged Based On Your Booking, even if you or members of your party do not show up, or arrive late or Leave Early.

Although we will try to accommodate you, we cannot predict or change the weather conditions.

Please Note: We suggest that you should look into Travel Cancellation Insurance. (for both Fishing & Hunting )

If a cancellation notice is received (in writing or by e- mail), a "refund" is given in the form of a credit towards a future trip.

If we can fill your space, or you can fill it, (with a "like" booking (same price or more) for the same dates, Then your Whole Deposit will move to a later date or for the following Year.

If your spot was not filled, then *1/2 of your deposit will be moved towards a re-booking for the following year.

Exception: On a short notice (4 weeks or less), for a one or two or three night stay, on a long weekend, during hunting season, there is no "refund or credit" unless you can fill your space or if we can fill your space - with a "like" booking (same price or more) for the same dates.

*If Credit Cards were/are involved, there are extra charges the Credit Card providers charge that we cannot give you a credit or refund for.

Hunting Cancellation Policy:

You Are Charged Based On Your Booking, even if you, or members of your party do not show up, or arrive late. No Refund for Early Departure.

Due to limited spots for "Hunting Season" there is no refund, you will be charged for your whole booking.

We will transfer over your deposits/payments if you can fill your space.

If We can fill your space your Deposit we will refund your deposit.

*If Credit Cards were/are involved, there are extra charges the Credit Card providers charge that we cannot return.
