Duplex 1 & 2 - Sunset View - Sleeps 7 up to 12

These Duplex Units are behind Cabin 5 and beside the Lodge, so they are able to be winterized.

Each Suite is 16'x24' making them 360 sq.ft. each The interior and exterior matches the rest of the resort in pine with Green Tin Roofs.

Climate Control: Our Duplex Units are equipped with air conditioning and electric heaters.

Bedrooms: Each Unit is a Bachelor Suite with 1 Double bed;

Duplex 1 has a fold out Futon. Duplex 2 has a fold out Twin Sofa-bed; so each unit sleeps 1-2-3 people comfortably.

There are alarm clocks in each bedroom. Bedding, pillows and linens are provided but you are welcome to bring your own pillow and sleeping bag.

Kitchen: The kitchen has oak cupboards. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, stove/oven, kitchen table & chairs, microwave, crock pot, electric coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, dishwashing soap, salt & pepper.

Tap water is from a 200' deep drilled well and is tested as safe to drink. Some people choose to bring bottled water.

Bathroom: Each Duplex Unit has a 3-piece bathroom with shower, sink and flush toilet. Towels and hand soap are also supplied.

Living Room: The living room area is equipped with Couch or Futon and rocking chair, lights, radio/CD player, cards & board games, HD satellite TV and a DVD player. WIFI is available.

Outside: The deck has a propane LP BBQ / gas grill, and deck chairs. There is a fire pit, and enough wood for one bonfire per night will be provided. Extra wood or wood for daytime campfires in addition to a nightly bonfire can be purchased.
